Till/ticket office, information point, customer service, booking and ski locker staff are involved in selling ski passes, selling associated services and products, providing information to customers, ‘guiding’ them and accompanying them in the resort, and in general are the direct liaisons with customers at all times.
- Language: Catalan, Spanish, English or French.
- Office: intermediate level
- Experience: at least 6 months in a similar role.
- Skills: sales, customer service and problem solving.
